Localization changes
[~] Tucson is now spelled correctly

Gameplay changes
[~] The 50-state scenario now uses linear-scaling dev rather than logarithmic
[~] Oklahoma City is now the capital for Oklahoma in the 50-state scenario
[~] Washington county, AR is now the capital of Fayette, and a trade center instead of Benton county
[~] Iron Mountain is now playable in 1444 and starts in Iron County, MI
[~] Marinette is no longer playable in 1444 (they are still playable as a released nation)
[~] Essex-Hudson, NJ is no longer a port city

Bugfixes
[~] Clevelandianola no longer instantly disappears and loses the game on start
[~] Manhattan-Bronx port position is no longer in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean
[~] Fixed an issue preventing nations from joining the HRE (credit to Mand'alor te maan)
[~] Custom nation ruler names now pull from a small list rather than always being "Adam" and "Eve"

Gameplay changes
[~] Bloomsburg, PA no longer owns part of southern Georgia
[~] Form United States now grants perma-claims on all provinces rather than cores
[~] Form decisions for Heartland Empire, Dixieland, North Atlantic Union, Western Dominion, and USA have a single line for the new claims rather than each province individually

Bugfixes
[~] Fixed a bug introduced in patch 0.0.5 preventing national ideas from swapping correctly when forming a new nation

[+] Dramatically increased the pool of names for rulers and generals
[+] Sea tiles around Hawaii now have proper names
[~] Connecticuter culture renamed to Nutmegger

Gameplay changes
[~] Form decisions for larger regional tags are shown earlier in your campaign to help with planning
[~] Form decisions for states now highlight only the absolutely required provinces rather than all provinces in the region
[~] Grant county, WV is now in the DC trade node (instead of Maine for some reason)
[~] Arlington now starts in the HRE
[~] Atheist and Baptist religious bonuses slightly nerfed
[~] Mormon Corridor culture group countries can now form Frontier and Western Dominion

[~] Fixed idea bonuses occasionally having extremely wrong values due to overwriting

[~] Cleaned up source of ~50% of lines in error.log, most of these were due to French localization references to vanilla provinces and cultures
