quick fix

Optimisation, new trucks and a couple other tweeks

V3 Release - optimisation, new rooms, vehichles and texture changes.

Now that server owner people are awake we can update map without breaking server :)

Harrison server kind of broke cos of me so fixing

Added an extra vehichle with some fun features, increased the width of car ledges (skill issue), minor other tweaks.
