Dspecial:
+ Dramatic masks now track opponents based off of their hurtbox's bounding box, rather than their char_height. This means that not only is it no longer possible to avoid it by crouching, it's also more likely to actually be positioned on the opponent's face visually (at least in non-attacking states.)

General:
+ Level 3 quota requirement reduced: 300 -> 280.
+ Level 4 quota requirement reduced: 430 -> 410.
+ Level 5 quota requirement reduced: 580 -> 550.

I got a few comments that some quota levels were too hard to reach, but also some thinking it was fine– I opted to reduce them only slightly for now to keep the requirement gains consistent up to level 5 (i.e., it goes up by 120 at level 2, 130 at 3, 140 at 4, etc.)

Dstrong (Extension Ladder):
+ Base knockback (physical hitbox) 6 -> 7.
+ Number of tiers ladder can extend to: 3 -> 4. This means it will extend longer faster into the charge, and has an increased maximum height.
- Ladder impact damage gained per tier: 3 -> 2.
- Ladder impact knockback scaling gained per tier 0.15 -> 0.1.
+ Base knockback scaling on ladder impact (grounded) 0.8 -> 0.9.
+ Base knockback scaling on ladder impact (aerial) 0.6 -> 0.7.

Uspecial 2 (Company Cruiser):
+ Startup 38 -> 36.
+ Soft armor on charge window 8 -> 15.
+ Explosion knockback scaling 1.0 -> 1.1.
~ Explosion hitpause scaling 1.0 -> 1.1.
+ Can now be turned around after charging.

Dspecial
+ Scan total length: 54 -> 51.
~ Fixed a visual bug where putting two of the same scrap item on the Company counter would cause the previous instance of it to disappear.
~ Fixed a bug where throwing scrap would sometimes B-reverse it twice on the same frame, canceling it entirely and causing you to throw it in the same direction.
~ Jeb now has 5 additional "rare" voicelines.

~ Added a more obvious indicator for when selling scrap is on cooldown.

+ Endlag 15 -> 12.

Dtilt:
- BKB 5 -> 6.

Fspecials 1 & 2 (Stun Grenades / Zap Gun):
+ Attempting to use either of these moves while they are on cooldown will cause Employee to use the "failed" Fspecial instead, as if he has not bought a tool yet.

Uspecials 1 & 2 (Jetpack / Company Cruiser):
+ Attempting to use either of these moves while they are on cooldown will cause Employee to use the "failed" Uspecial instead, as if he has not bought a tool yet.

Dspecial:
~ Fixed a bug where throwing a large scrap item forward while using the rabbit suit alt would cause it to be invisible in Employee's hands.

~ Fixed a bug where sometimes leveling up from selling scrap would give you more points leftover than intended. Sorry no overtime bonus for you
~ Fixed a bug where if an opponent loses their last stock while they have a dramatic mask on, it would cause an explosion of blood to happen where they would've respawned. Scary

Dspecial:
~ Fixed a bug where you could hit a player with thrown scrap and have it be sold at the same time (which looked strange on the dramatic masks especially, since it would put it both on their face and on the counter).
+ Bees from the bee hive scrap item no longer track Employee after death and will now politely wait until after he's stepped off the respawn platform to continue killing his ass.

Taunt:
~ Filled in a missing pixel on a frame of the animation.
