More bug fixes on how I was binding the actor component. Dedicated server should work correctly now.
I set up a lab to test all this. We should be gold now!

Incremental build to add procedural dungeon state to the compass.
Now has basic in-dungeon mode to keep the compass from acting weird in overworld.

Initial port of my Conan Exiles mod of the same name.
This is just as Early Access as Soulmask is. Likely to evolve as the game does..
Lacking In-Dungeon tracking support. Might work. Might act weird.
