Reworked Grasp the Void, World Shaper, Mastery of Nature, Interstellar Dominion and Eternal Vigilance again.
Added a new trait to Hydrocentric, Changed Universal Transaction slightly, added Energy Weapon and Shield Capacity buff to Weather control Perk.

Reworked World Shaper, Archeo Engineers, Tech Ascendency, Enigmatic Engineering, One Vision, Executive Vigor, Mastery of Nature. Removed Detox perk and added it's effects to World Shaper. All changed can be seen in screenshot.
