Added special Conditions for certain Origins:

Life Seeded can pick World Shaper as their first Ascension pick, even without the Tech.

Doomsday and Postapocalyptic Origins can pick World Shaper as their first Ascension pick, but need the first Terraforming tech.

Ocean Paradise and Postapocalyptic Origins can take the Aquatic perk even without the Tech.

Storm Chasers Origins can take the Weather Control perk without the Tech.
