- Added a fairy when using the Meeber's Fairy Pack mod. The Fairy of Eastern has a chance to fire a bullet whenever you attack a unit. The chance increases the lower your current health is.

- Character quest now has its own modifier - Bullet Knight's character quest behaviour should no longer apply to Shuffle Knight's when he transforms into her.

- Changed NES skin to be more in line with other characters
- Bullets now have a separate palette file. Some skins retain the same appearance for bullets while others are different.
