Release Build hotfix. Fixed the unlock npc being crap. Also changed their location so they are easier to find.

Release Build hotfix cause of reasons. Will I ever drop a class that doesn't need an instant hotfix? eh probably not. Enjoy the fruits of my suffering. This time it was fixing exactly 5 pixels in the female overworld sprite. why am I like this.
