added changes:

- increased max piety, books and levy to 2000
- increased the number of possible prisoners without upgrades to 6
- reduced food consumption of troops by 37.5 percent to make longer marches more viable (excluded sieging to not make it easier)

added changes:
- increases royal court up to 16 knights
- adjusted wage for knights (increase rate is lower, total wage goes higher due to more possible knights)
- changed slow age speed from 2 to 4
- increased marriage chance a lot (increases with age)
- increased birth rate
- increased possible childs up to 8
- adjusted the gender chance to 50% for each gender
- restricted daughters to a maximum of 4
