Hero Upgrade for strelky (once tested, will be applied to other squads)
Ability to change tank hunter PTRS to mosins for better survivability
Buffed PTRS (pen from 80 90 100 to 90 100 110) Aim time and cooldown changed (faster shooting)

AP/HE shells for many tanks
Rangers from AA
M1 81mm mortar
HEAT shells for some tanks
vet 2 for T34/76 buffs penetration

Removed:
Kriegsmariner
allies/emergencial buildings
Command Kingtiger (too op, maybe an upgrade later)
Panzer IV Ausf. F1 (use HE shells from panzer iv instead, maybe a commander later)
M2 60mm mortar
