Intial Change log 1.0 - Official Release, same equipment variations from the mod @IDF Commando with some overhaul of the modpack.

All bugs and errors has been fixed (except for the nvgs and the idf m4 carbine inventory item pictures), all equipments using JSRS, TFAR and ACE3 Compatibility.
