Player cursing has been improved with a new setting that makes a cursed player launch towards a different player or npc nearby.

This mode also supports the flak option. Allowing cursed players to spontaneously snipe other noclipping players.

Fixed issue where ragdolls were not being cleaned up. Separated the cleanup functionality and made it protected so it doesn't break under errors.
