Added notes to path skills that can be mastered to warn player to not do so

* Reduced the burn from Arsonist Searing Strike, Searing Strike+, and Firefly+ by 1 * Added 1 extra cooldown turn to Orphan Hearthlight and Hearthlight+ * Addition of new effects for Knitted Blanket
