Added some Mod Settings.
- You can now set Runecircle Recharge Rates.
- You can now set if Runecircles break on Invoking.

Quick update that adds some community suggested features.
- All Invoke Psycasts no longer require Line of Sight.
- All Invoke Psycasts have a range of 62.5, up from 42.5.
- Standard Runecircle Psyfocus Cost increased to 60%, up from 20%. They are no longer consumed on Invoke, but take 10 days to recharge.
- Greater Runecircle Psyfocus Cost increased to 90%, up from 55%. They are no longer consumed on Invoke, but take 15 days to recharge.

Then, a quick fix due to these changes.
- Slight change to Invoke: Isa, due to the fact that runes don't get consumed anymore. Obelisks now spawn on an adjacent tile if possible, so as to prevent crushing the Runecircle that spawned it.

- Removed mentions of "spells", replacing them with "psycasts".
- Capitalized the usage of rune names.
