Quick update: AI can no longer use alternate fire modes. I heard they would spam the ability without reloading so I just disabled it all together.

- Removed all psycast content. This is because it will rerelease as a seperate mod, with a dependency on Vanilla Psycasts Expanded. This change will produce HARMLESS errors in your log until you save and reload. I'm really sorry.
