-Mario now stops grabbing objects when he dies

v1.1 - Fixes and Outskirts Invasion compat

-Throw knockback and hitstun now scale with damage
-Added enemy grabbing compatability for Outskirts Invasion
-Mario no longer changes to his jump sprite when airborne without jumping (more accurate to SMB2)

=FIXES=
-I-Frames no longer tick down during hitpause (also stops mario from turning invisible during hitpause)
-Mario now needs to be airborne to stand on players/enemies (prevents him snapping upward from the ground)
-Grabbed players and enemies can no longer be stood on for 10 frames after being thrown
-Grab Y offset now snaps to the proper value if grab is interrupted
-Mario can no longer throw in hitstun
