Added config file in mods/config/Upgradeable_Dupes_And_Critters
Allows modification of Max Attribute Level for all stats per upgrade, individual stat bonus values per upgrade, whether or not Critter Upgrades propagate to offspring.
Defaults have been set to the values corresponding to v1.0.0 so as not to disrupt players that already have the mod and expect it to work the same.

Adjusted Duplicant stomach size to +4000 kCal per upgrade from +1000.
Adjusted Duplicant eating speed per upgrade to prevent them from eating progressively longer at higher upgrade levels.

Disabling Critter Upgrade Propagation will also increase the Reproductive Rate of upgraded critters and disable extra drops on death to maintain balance.
The increased Reproductive Rate is tuned to the critters with a 60 cycle base time since I couldn't figure out a good way to try to maintain a balance with the Happy status buff toggling on and off if the critter's needs aren't being met and I didn't just want a large bonus regardless of the critter's happiness.
So you end up with a slight bonus for the Bammoths and a slight penalty for Divergents along
with any others that aren't the norm.
