Attempt to disable again conflicting features when VCMod Main is installed.

- Changed entity types for horn and engine, now "point".
- Modified Citroën C3 1.4 HDi sounds: 2791 RPM and 3813 RPM got their turbo whistling removed.
- Added 4 turbo sounds.
- Added a siren sound.
- Added a car horn sound.

The startup handbrake is now safe: it uses the event StartCommand instead of the TurnOff input.

1.4 HDi shutdown sound was not up-to-date.

Amplified 1.4 HDi sounds by +8dB, saturating some of them just enough to stay fine to hear.

Sorry I forgot to remove some debug stuff.

Migrated RPM & gear calculation to engine values.

Disabled fonts with too long names (producing errors).

Fixed a small error involving the vehicle_engine attachment when the model is error.
