minor fix

-added more weapons and ammo
-fixed ghost captain bug. a player died as captain should no longer stay as captain
-fixed boat jumping bug. players cant die by water dmg
-fixed glitch out of boat. added clips and made the walls thicker
-fixed ammo and guns get stuck in the boat
-adjust boat control
-changed extra z spawn in labor last room
-added light
