Fixed ore scanner

Updated for pressurization

- Had to move landing gear to keep the cabin pressurized
- Had to move the docking antenna to make room for the landing gear
- Had to move the dock to cover the drill to make the back pressurized
(this achieves floating for the pressurization update)
- Added 2 cargo hatches in the back that aren't completed yet
- Moved the ore scanner and terrain scanner slightly
- Raised landing gear by 1 block and adjusted doors


- Adjusted PID's to compensate for the new atmospheric drag conditions
** Craft now exceeds 150 m/s at sea level STABLE
- Added auto-stop feature

- Updated speed and angular velocity sensors so you can spawn in adventure again.


NOTE: If you are only concerned with the Xenon code update, see the firmware update and change hard drives.

- Added ability for smart quad to slow down before reaching a target when AP is on and Tar is active (blinking green)
- Added variable pitch to avoid stalls instead of lowering speeds.
- Eco Mode now set to 900 RPM (sips on battery)
- Several other flight stability improvements
- Added high precision hover ability (engages when craft is moving less than 1 m/s and AP is set to 0 speed) which causes the craft to not move one millimeter while hovering.
- Lights toggle on and off with short presses, brights toggle on with a long-press & short-press turns brights off and another short press turns the lights off.

Fixed another error in locator.xc for update.

Likely last update. Tweaks for the computer.

Was able to restore to the newest version before the rollbacks without any loss in speed by keeping the battery/RTG configuration the same as the old craft.
