-Change Railway Lantern to Handheld Lantern and created a better model for it.
-Created and added new Hanging Lantern with a mount variant.
-Updated spawnmenu icons and settings.
-Changed the texture to make lanterns colorable.

Fixed custom lantern not spawning lights for dupes and saves by making it use current spawnmenu settings.
This is somewhat of a band-aid fix.. Sorry I couldn't make the settings persist properly.

Added options for changing Fov and Distance of Custom Lantern.
