Bug fixes:
- the principle ‘Ideological Truth’ now correctly gives a stronger bonus to the promotion of an IG.
- improved compatibility with other mods

New feature:
- Generals can be assigned to lead an IG just like agitators.

Balancing:
- Ideological differences of ideological union members now have a stronger impact on cohersion.
- The relations between the Power Bloc Leader of an ideological union and his members now have a stronger impact on cohersion.
