Edited Victory theme to increase silence before loop and smoothed out the intro
Added .5 of a victory theme. which is actually a full one but it already existed just another version of it.

Reduced volume on a few of the excessively loud (lookin at you Glory Republic Theme) tracks. Specifically both HQ and a few of the combat ones toned down slightly
