Added the Runner, a 3.8k Easy Thrustercraft for the Gheiststrike Enclaves.

I'm working on adding custo icons/flags right now.

Added the Vuurlucht, a 944k Godly Thrustercraft for the Gheiststrike Enclaves, similar to the Maniac, but larger and far more dangerous. Enjoy getting toasted :)

Added the Manic, a 139k Godly Thrustercraft for the Gheiststrike Enclaves.

Balance Changes:
Pathway avg adventure spawn: 10 -> 20
Neuron avg adventure spawn: 10 -> 20
Hope avg adventure spawn: 20 -> 30

These early mechs have caused players a lot of trouble, especially as first spawns. This should delay their onslought a bit and gave players a little more breathing room.

Added the Irritator, a Hard Ship for the Gheiststrike Enclaves

Bugfix: Adventure mode raft now spawns with 100% resources and 50% energy, rather than empty, thus wasting a few minutes.

Added the Gladiator, a medium hover tank for the Custodians of War

Added the Madhouse, a medium Helicopter for the Ghesitstrike Enclaves.
