New stuff for the Custodians of War! They'll be getting more soon.

More stuff, including the Scimitar (SSG), Elikal (SSG) and Protocol (GSE).

2 crafts are getting changed.

Wild Rider: Now is all-terrain vehicle, now has propellers and a rudder for sea maneuvering.
Crook: Now has repair tentacles to help with its support role.

Added 3 new crafts to the Gheiststrike Enclaves!

Knave: 65k medium bomber plane.
Rapscallion Squadron: 45k trio of multi-purpose planes
Silversteel Drill: 6k small drill. Now they'll be able to build new drills when they conquer territory!

Many bugfixes and balance changes for this, especially for the Gheiststrike!

- Gheiststrike Port now works properly, and its resource zone is buffed, 30 -> 65 mats/sec.
- Deep Caves Dredge Site resource zone mats/sec nerfed: 100 -> 55
- Underwater Ashes resource zone mats/sec nerfed: 110 -> 80
- Arsonist now moves forward properly
- Cycler is no longer backwards, and has its head screwed on straight. Also got a decal upgrade.
- Ramshackle spawn rate 1.0 -> 0.2 (holy s*** he was spammed)
- Deepstrike spawn rate 1.0 -> 0.3 (same case here, spammed too much)
- Added 2 new campaign events.
- sneaky -> sneaky

4 new crafts, campaign and tower defence additions, adventure mode balances and tweaks.
