Fixed the error that caused it to not work

- 2 times faster
- 18 Carts instead of 16

"I tried to buff depots but it broke my game so i'll work to find a good buff for them but for now i think ill buff their speed in the next update of the mode or add more space"

Failed changed next update fixes them

Removed Depot more drones(glitchs game)

Buffed Depots MK 1 and 2 Also train and truck speeds got buffed
