- Removed bots' "guarding" feature that prevents them from attacking enemies outside of their chase range

- Update interval reverted from every tick to 50 ms for performance reasons
- Fixed erroneous implementation of bots' accuracy
- Improved thrown weapon countering: Bots will no longer attempt to counter weapons that are going slowly in mid air. This prevents them from attempting to counter dropped weapons from players at the same vertical level of the bot.

Holy shit, this script (along with the other Elite AI scripts and my new Custom AI difficulty script) took way too long to do... This may be the last major update that this script will receive...

- Bots will now attempt to counter thrown weapons
- Bots will not run towards enemies when hip-firing
- Bots ranged accuracy decreased from 1 to 0.97
- Bots ranged shooting delay reverted from 100 to 200 to prevent more friendly-fire incidents
- This script's update interval has been set from 50 ms to an update every single tick (to accommodate bots' countering thrown weapons)
