added a secondary searchlight to the bow

adjusted the windows so they all have the same orientation

fixed some minor coloring issues

repositioned the anchor winches to hopefully improve the reliability of stowing

also changed the engineer bridge seat to a pilot seat so it can be used to control the spotlight in 3rd person

added ports so water can get from the physics flooded area into the areas where the bilge pumps are, in case of damage that causes flooding

added anchor cable length readouts

forgot to color the depth sensor to match the hull

added a clock, a weather report, and a depth readout

edited the anchor logic to stop the winch if the anchor goes missing, also added an indicator for this

fixed the missing label for the port boiler systems button
