Small update to support Marco's server music downloader mut by demand.

Added a basic transparent no entry banner at the south and north entrances in the town so players will know not to go these ways now. These will pop up when a player gets within the cull distance of 500 as to not ruin map aesthetics completely.

Small next day update to fix a version number error.
This version is now 1.0.1 to show this has been corrected.

Night version, as promised.

Added sunlight actor
Added different skybox
Removed global lighting
Added lights in all houses
Added rain weather effect
Added sound emitters for weather
