(Un)Hook sounds now use playSound, so they can be heard a lot easier, especially over engines and rotors.
Removed unused _vehicle parameter for fnc_createParachute.
Re-added "Create Group" setting after fixing an issue with AI pilots trying to land to pick up parachuters.

Helocast
Added config property for boats to be dropped vertically instead of slid out the back (used on UH-60/MH-60s).
Fixed not adding "Recover Boat" action to all loadable vehicles (was previously only added to children of Ship_F).
