A small update. Includes 3 Skyscraper buildings and a Dead end for the Highway. Remember to update your spawnlists!

Attempt to change Icon. Did not work so now there's a useless Changelog entry here that cannot be removed. Joy.

New empty Lots! There are three sizes, so there are now some empty lots for building the good old way. Never stop building! Next up: SkyScrapers. Don't forget to update your Spawnlist. New Easy Install method available! It's recommended over the old version for the amount of Time saved. I'll continue to update the Zip though. For now at least.

Re did all the textures for everything.. Forgot to include updated models to fit it, so EVERY SINGLE TEXTURE for EVERYTHING except signs was not loading.
