renamed showperf_freeze to showperf_accumulate
showperf_accumulate - toggles between average and sum
showperf_freeze - freezes updates

Added:
showperf_duration - sets/prints capture duration
showperf_fps - sets/prints capture fps
showperf_track - toggles tracking of some ID
showperf_untrack - untracks some ID

Shift + Mouse wheel now scrolls the list
