-Removed minimum confidence required for threat rings to appear on TSD

- Fixed SAM rings not working

- Potentially fixed SAM circles staying white

- Added SAM threat rings to the F-45 and EF-24 (needs a lot of testing)

- Got rid of a couple while loops which potentially caused the game to freeze while using tgp ASLEW in the EF-24

- Added Bullseye info to the TSD (F-45 and EF-24)
- Fixed TGP ASLEW not working for certain contacts on the TSD

Known Bug: The ASLEW is not interactable in the backseat of the EF-24. There may be more issues in both the T-55 and EF-24 when it comes to TGP auto-slewing due to multicrew

- Added TGP Auto-Slew to the T-55 and FA-26 radar
-Added TGP/EOTS Auto-Slew to the EF-24 and F-45 TSD

- Changed the color of TSD flight members to pink for better visibility
