- Minor rework of TTI on the HUD. Should fix TTI not working in multicrew aircraft in multiplayer

- Added null checks to allow missiles to fire

- Added TTI display for cruise missiles

- Fixed TTIs for A2G munitions not working

- Made it so the HUD ILS needles are disabled when landed

- Reworked the Time to Impact logic. May potentially fix TTI getting stuck on the HUD

- Added Bullseye of the radar cursor in the radar page (T-55 and FA-26)
- Added flight color coding to the TSD icons on the HUD (EF-24 and F-45)
- Potentially fixed issue where TSD icons will not change when spawning in multiplayer in a multicrew aircraft (EF-24)

- Potentially fixed issue where HUD TTIs would stay stuck on the HUD

- Added HUD clock to the F-45A
- Fixed slight misplacement of clock in the EF-24

- Removed nav map flight color coding (TSD color coding is still available)
