Removed Cancel on Dash-Attack.

Added 5xCoins to D-Spec. Added 25% Ult req to D-Spec.

Dash Attack can Cancel again. Side Special projectile now comes out 10f instead of 15f. Each attack of N-air now grants +6 to extra vertical movement velocity. F-air got a KBS increase from 0.085 - 0.1. Side-tilt HitBox comes out at 7f, instead of 10f. Up-tilt HitBox comes out 10f, instead of 12f. Side-Strong HitBox comes out 14f, instead of 19f. D-air HitBox comes out 6f, instead of 9f. Jab 1 HitBox comes out 4f, instead of 6f. D-tilt HitBox comes out 4f, instead of 6f. D-spec HitBox now deals 12 KB, with 0.15 KBS. N-air gained a custom land animation that lasts 9f long. Dash-attack HitBox comes out 5f, instead of 4f. Jab 2 has 9f end lag, instead of 6. D-spec HitBox active frames went from 6f to 3f.

Dash Attack, All Aerials, and Jab nowv have a 1 in 5 chance for Coins! Tilts have a 1 in 4, and Strong have a 1 in 2. Except for D-Strong, The Multi-Hits don't give any coins, but the last hit is a Garunteed Coin! Fixed the issue with Meter Spam. New F-Air Animation! U-Air now no longer kills as much on the sour spot, as well as the spike portion. D-Spec now deals 20% instead of 10%.

Adjusted some of the speed of which attacks initaite. Increased odd of Coin acqusition. Made the Coin Display easier to determine the amount of Coins you have. Size increase from 1 -> 1.15. Fixed Bug with double Coin Purse Purchase. Made it easier to see when Coin Purse used. Changed Coin Meter HitBox so it no longer provides Coins when hit. Changed Dash Speed from 6.3 -> 6.8.

Removed 'Jump Squat'

Tweaked Ult Chances, Fixed SA on DSpec, Increased from frame start up.

Increased Down Spec S-Armor
