Fixes by Big Boss:
- When playing Solo survival mode, the "call a vote" button was not working properly. This was because the file "ingamemainmenu.res" was missing a certain section which added functionality to the call button. This section has been added back in and the call button should be working now.

- Expanded Custom Campaigns selection menu by a tiny bit. It looks similar to the addon page now.
