Buffed 338 damage to be more persistent with 2 shot killing

Increased 338 damage to kill with 2 shots in a plate

Slightly updates bullet damage and L96A1 initial bullet speed

This mod reuses @ArzzzWeapons mod assets, but is highly reduced in size and has only 338 guns available.
Those guns are reconfigured to replace 308 (are a bit better). 308win. and 7.39x54m have their shock damage reduced, so you can still have vanilla weapons that will not one-hit-knock-you anymore.
