Different parts of warcasket armor now have different amounts of hitpoints.

Warcasket repairs now apply a massive melee hit chance and weapon handling debuff to hopefully discourage people from repairing mid-combat.

For users of Vanilla Factions Expanded - Pirates, warcaskets will now degrade in condition when hit. This degradation means you can finally wear down the armor of a warcasket. This damage can be repaired with an ability at no cost, though doing so does take time and temporarily slow the warcasket down.
