MASSIVE UPDATE

- Added a setting that allows the server owner to choose if they can carry only one type of weapon at a time (Like CSS)

- Added Headshot Sounds

- Made the ammo cheat entity visually appealing

- Added the ability to remove ammo from a clip from a dropped weapon
