Only took me ten years to update this!

*fixed (as in: rewrote) the entire code
*fixed shitty timer/firerate settings
+ now has a semi-ugly HUD at the bottom right to show you the timer and firerate

Maybe I'll also add the settings panel I had lying around in another update

Change of firerate and fusetime is now printed to console aswell
