added scroll functionality to client and server browser

added a button to fill out all empty tiles, fixed non-random boxes having empty tooltips when placed on grid

made the random block more colourful

added symbol ' to restricted symbols in names

server list refreshes colour indicators when deleting files

added coloured indicators for whether or not the server is missing one of your maps or you're missing one of the server's maps

changed screenshot size (is now way smaller and looks smoother), server reloads melonbomber maps after maps have been deleted/added (so no map change necessary anymore), made grid a little bit smaller
