☥ Gave a minimum range of 2m to direct and mixed shot for arrows, for technical reasons (otherwise the minimum range will not be displayed corrected in the arc for arcing shot) and also because anyone with a bow would not fully draw and fire an arrow at a target 2m in front of them.
☥ Corrected a small error introduced in v2.1 that might have caused a crash (never had a crash happen, but debugger pointed out a naming issue).

☥ Additional improvements to projectiles...
_Arcing shot arrows how have minimum range increased to 33%, which is a more realistic minimum distance for high angle fire to avoid the "gentle layup arrows".
_Javelins have their range increased to 100% of the standard game's range, but now have their calibration distance and radius adjusted to be more realistic (think of it like zeroing - the javelins now have a more realistic area of effect).
☥ Fatigue thresholds have been adjusted slightly to allow more fatigue before the unit is considered to be exhausted.

☥ As usual in TW, you cannot do everything you want to do because the AI is dumber than a box of rocks. Adjusted the Version 1.9 changes to arrows a bit to compromise for the AI - now the "mixed" arrows have a shorter minimum range, but this is compensated (to keep the stupid low-range high angle unrealistic shots from happening) by reducing the maximum angle.
☥ Also, increased the maximum angle of the arrow arcing shot to something more realistic, so that if it is fired at closer ranges, then it looks more realistic (flies higher into the sky, rather than sailing gently over like feather).

NOTE: No doubt I will have to refine this area a bit, but the goal is to make arrows more realistic, while still useful, but also to have realistic negatives and limitations.

☥ Reworked arrows (projectiles) to make them more realistic, taking the edge off long range high angle fire so that it isn't so devastating, since they were hands down the best ranged unit to purchase. Calibration area and distance has been adjusted so that long range fire is more realistic in accuracy (a larger more realistic area effect) which also increases the chance of hitting friendly troops if firing on enemy in melee. Again, keep in mind that accuracy will improve with unit rank and will decrease with fatigue.
☥ Most importantly, added a minimum range to arrows for arcing shot (which is currently set at a very conservative 25% of the maximum effective range), to prevent them from ridiculously being gently lofted into the air at 1/4 draw on the bow, at short range which would cause an arrow to come down with no kinetic force. This means that you will have to realistically place your archers further back if you want to provide high angle fire on the front line. Realistically this minimum range should probably be 50% of the maximum, but I started at 25% here as a minimum, safe value.
☥ Adjusted the Exhausted fatigue level's accuracy effect to be a little less severe.

☥ Improved the javelin projectile - first restored them to original behavior. Then reworked for realism: now reduced to 90% of standard game's max range, and velocity for the heavy javelins is also 80% less than light javelins.
