Fixed various sprite depth issues. Fixed ammo display lights being hidden. Fixed strange platform next to ammo loaders causing boxes to float. Added autohatch logic to the forward ballast hatch. Fixed broken waypoints for the front ballast.

Fixed a few sprite intersection and depth issues. Moved the top docking hatch down so water is not visible through it during normal gameplay. Fixed airlock pump not pumping by default.

Fixed up mysterious black smoke in medical room. Fixed an annoying interactive component over the battery.

Fixed the nose turret not functioning. Fixed most of the oxygen shelves not working. Fixed a lot of sprite depth issues.
