- Added space for even more districts (someone reported wanting space for over 20!)
- Added general scripted trigger to show the mod is active, in case people want to use it.
- Slight tweak to fallen empire colony age view, when they expand or collect systems they will now no longer instantly be "primordial" colonies.
- Slight tweak to ancient colony ages ( turned > into >=.)
- Tweaked version number (added the new "V" paradox wants.)
