Fixed players being able to carry more than 1 carry ( i'm stupid :/ )

Added the option to allow players to switch weapons while carrying someone without dropping them ( Thanks Blargh )

• d_carrymount_allowswitchweapon (0/1): Defines If players are able to switch weapons while carrying someone without dropping the current carry.

Added the option to change the zoom on third person camera modes.

• d_cl_mount_thirdpersonzoom (50/200): Defines how close/further away the third person camera zoom will be while mounted.
