- Minor change to help text that was part of a comparatively larger update which ended up doing absolutely nothing

- Fixed tool not working

- Fixed typo that apparently broke half of the tool

- Changed translation string
- Fixed certain tool information text showing up when it shouldn't

Changed left click to only work on players and NPCs instead of all entities
