v1.2 oh no i spent an unreasonable amount of time on this nothng pathc and now my tasks are messed up

-Up Special goes higher
-Walljump VSP increased
-Dog now colormapped
-"Compatibilty" increased and made it so norm literally cannot win even if the foe tried

let me clairfy that you do not give him compatibility, I'm just giving norm a huge disadvantage when he fights characters who are gay/trans.
