Fixed accidental update (for real this time)

HOTFIX: Added skybox texture

Fixed jail doors and taco bell roof. Change viewdistance from 4,000 to 5,000.

-Daynight compatibility w/ night lighting (street lamps, etc)
-Fixed street signs to show intended ones
-Set FarZ to 5000 but visually not much difference was made. FarZ can be changed via lua
-Fixed a hole in an outskirts displacement
-Added door models to the pack so servers can run without the content, but still need it for all other model collisions
-Raised the ceiling on a shop so it didnt feel too small.
-Set FD and EMS garages to work like PD ones.
-Increased jail size

Unpacked all content due to filesize.
