Adjusted Oni iron sights to be closer to the actual center.
Adjusted every ironsighttime to be in line with wavy's weapons.

Nerfed the makarov and cod ol 1911's paps to not be absurdly broken anymore. (Should've done this a while ago but completely forgot about it. (no more doing the 32 bit integer limit as bash damage) )

added IW oni and hailstorm

added IW kendall 44 with more iw weapons to come hopefully

shot and killed the galil (wavy made a better one)

NEW bo2 weapon porting method found. Galil has been re-ported. Its mag is now in the right spot!!
