Counters added to certain achievements.

Arrow keys can be used in the menu

• Secrets Menu has been visually overhauled for better support for different aspect ratios

• As for errors in the portraits:
- Tainted Samson and Tainted Jacob's Portrait description has been fixed.
- Tainted Lilith and Tainted Azazel's Reverse Tarot unlocks were incorrectly swapped but fixed.
- Angry Fly achievement now shows its image correctly
- Azazel portrait now correctly shows the Abaddon and Satanic Bible unlocks instead of the guillotine and left hand

• Secrets menu properly starts at the portrait select mode rather than on Isaac's Portrait.

• Fixed error of Portrait Select Cursor going off screen after using Q and E within selected portraits.

• Changed the sprites used for the selected portrait cursor to be more easily readable.

Controller Support has been added!
Tainted Samson and Tainted Jacob's Portrait description has been fixed.
Gamepad and Keyboard instructions are now present on screen.
